Before visits or changeovers can start, each parent will attend an intake separately with our facilitators.

Following the completion of the intake process, we can commence the supervised visit at the agreed time, date and location.

Our facilitators will discreetly observe all interactions. However, they will remain within hearing range to ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing at all times. Observations will be documented to prepare a detailed report for Family Court and to provide feedback to both parents regarding the visit.
